The Role:
Iterable is looking for a Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (DIEB) to help us on our journey to connect people with products that bring them joy. The Head of DIEB will play a key role nourishing a culture with a diverse team where everyone feels like they belong. Position Details:
Work closely with the Executive team to understand business strategy and OKRs, to develop a strategy that aligns DIEB goals with business outcomes.
Partner with leaders to provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership, coaching, education and consultancy to drive DIEB results.
Identify, measure and track the metrics and processes that will help us recognize progress and accountability related to DIEB
Collaborate with all teams at Iterable to ensure diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging are a part of existing and new programs, policies and practices. Add a DIEB lens to every product, launch, or campaign.
You are the voice of DIEB at Iterable, communicating effectively and regularly with internal and external audiences.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
You have experience designing, building and leading measurable and scalable DIEB programs and initiatives for fast-moving and growing tech companies.
You have strong business acumen and the ability to weave diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging into company objectives and strategy.
Familiar with DIEB benchmarks, practices and latest trends.
Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing leaders with regards to DIEB.
Experienced in data analysis, interpersonal communication, consulting, facilitation, influencing, as well as strong project management skills.
Ability to shift your focus from strategic and big picture to details and getting the work done.
When faced with challenges, you tackle them with positivity and an eye for solutions.
You feel a sense of personal responsibility for your work, have strong attention to detail, and are highly organized.
